People have received scam emails - emails purporting to come from the British High Commission's office in Nigeria, but actually not from the UK.
This food is eaten by people in Zimbabwe and other parts of Africa, such as South Africa and Southeast Asia. It is sold as bush meat, but can also be eaten in the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South America, Europe and Africa.
To generate inquiries and search activity, we used the names of local beverages in Nigeria and collected 286 samples with a total of 1,743 samples of food and beverages from the local population, systematically taking samples. We removed duplicate reports and selected fewer than 10 studies conducted on Nigeria to detect and analyze organisms to get an overview of the existing microorganisms.
Ogi Akamu is a corn pudding widely used in Nigeria, called Ogi by Yorubas, made from palm nuts and eaten as panga soup. Nigerian cuisine is known for being spicy, but it is often combined with ground beef.
